I have just installed 10.2 on Macbook Pro with MacOS 10.14 and cannot connect to a VCS on my server that is running Postgresql 10.
I am using the trail version serial #. I can add a new logon account to the VCS from Omnis and when I check with pgadmin4 it has been saved to the VCS data file on the server. But when I try to login from Omnis I get the login screen enter my login and the screen disappears, nothing else happens. No VCS screen. If I intentionally enter an incorrect login or password I do get an error message.

Is any one else experiencing this?

    Hi @surojit4

We’re using the VCS and have been for many years without any problems. I’m wondering if you are logging onto the VCS but there is nothing to see yet?

In your Studio Browser window, you will see the following sections:

    – Hub
    – Libraries
    – SQL Browser
    – VCS
    – Web ServiceServer

Because this is a new VCS repository, it is empty.
Maybe you need to drag one of your libraries onto the VCS (or some of the classes) in order to create a project within it. Then, when you next log onto the VCS, you will see the projects in there.

    Rgds, Gav
