  Omnis error ‘qfile.getlength API cannot be used…’

  I have an Omnis web application that crashes occasionally. The event log has the following error listed under windows/application:

  service

  Quitting Omnis due to unrecoverable error:

  qfile getlength API cannot be used with sizes or values exceeding 0x7ffffff0

  file.cpp:93

  Unfortunately this is a rather complex application with multiple libraries. Some application logging is done, but it is not granular enough to locate the exact class that is generating the error.

  This error has occurred under both Omnis 10.22 and 11.01.

  Does anyone know what might be generating the error? (We thought it might be something in the file control (we use it for uploads and downloads), but it could be anything.
