When you purchase a Single Support Ticket an Omnis Support Engineer will work together with you on a technical question or problem important for your project for half an hour. This support service will be provided by phone or in remote sessions and may include a sample code which illustrates the solution to your issue.
We recommend to pay the Single Ticket by credit card as this is the fastest way to verify your payment. When we receive your payment we will provide you with a Single Ticket Number and one of our support engineers will contact you to discuss your issue.

We recommend to place your purchase order for Omnis Studio developer licenses online. This guarantees we have all required data and your order will be processed faster. If you are paying by credit card or other forms of direct payment: Your order will be fulfilled instantly and you may immediately begin using the software. If you choose to pay by bank wire transfer or check: Your order will be fulfilled typically within one business day of us receiving your payment; once fulfilled you will receive an email granting you access to use the software.
For developer license subscriptions you don’t have to commit to a certain minimum term and can choose to pay monthly or annually. Omnis Developer Partner Program (ODPP) subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months but you can choose to pay monthly or (with a significant discount of 20 %) annually in advance.
