  Javascript position:static support

  js components optionally should have position:static instead of position:absolute. Elements like static text or form elements could easily flow in a scrollable container so you don’t have to think about unnecessary white space or cropped labels.

  Right now it’s impossible to have two elements side by side with 50% each, together using 100% width (not only center). The current edgefloat values are not sufficient.
