PROAD provides the tools to take advertisement, communication, consulting and IT agencies to new levels of profitability and efficiency with a comprehensive suite of transactional functions covering all departments and the wider organisation, including:

• Analysis of profit and loss by job, by employee, by department, by customer, or by whatever is important to the business

PROAD was developed with the Omnis JavaScript Client, is available in English and German, and can be deployed in the cloud or on premise. It offers company managers the flexibility to view the profitability and efficiency of their organisation from a number of different perspectives. Agency management can create a true picture of customer, agency or account team activity and profitability, review customers’ organisational structures and the status of individual jobs. The ability to apply tailored mark-ups and hourly rates to customers and services, directly relational to the actual costs of these resources ensures profitability and accountability at all times.

All of the individual departments within an organisation will benefit from more efficient job management. Production departments can use the ‘master data’ to produce fast and profitable estimates and reduce time spent managing third party suppliers. Account management can review the status of individual jobs, deadlines and allocated resources. Estimates, proposals and related documents are all stored together enhancing the ability of the organisation to retrieve and archive customer information. PROAD also integrates with most popular office productivity software, such as Word and Email, which means that existing templates and documents can be used. The resources of the studio are streamlined by using electronic time sheets that automatically update against job budget and can be tailored to reflect the cost of each individual employee.

Another important strength of PROAD is its user-friendly, intuitive UI which can be individually customised. This means that there is no need for lengthy training sessions, and working with PROAD is more enjoyable.
