The Omnis Runtime Maintenance Agreement (RMA) allows you to manage the software and licenses at your client sites, and plan your budget.

Upgrade some or all of your customers when it’s right for you and your customer. No need to explain the Omnis technology and license model to customers when upgrading. Reduce the risk and impact of unexpected pressures to upgrade from the OS manufacturers. - Manage your business model to include future upgrades
Build the costs of upgrades into your business model to avoid the need to ask customers to pay for unexpected upgrades. - Complete flexibility
Cover all or some of your customer base with RMA. - Less administration for ordering upgrades
No sales process to upgrade licenses. Less requirement for new licenses with the optional RMA serial number. - Optional RMA Serial Number
Protect client license serial numbers that work with all minor releases during the life-cycle of a major release of Omnis Studio, e.g. WBRN8XDN 12345 123456. This option is 25% of your initial runtime cost annually for a minimum of 3 years.
