These have been implemented as part of improvements to the notation helper and method editor in Studio 11.

This idea has now been implemented in Studio 11.
The context menu option, when control(s) are selected now becomes “Copy layout from breakpoint (selected fields only)”. To copy the whole layout, you can right-click on the form background.
