  Business Case: CDG, the Dutch distributor of Citrix, was looking for a single integrated solution to replace Saleslogix (CRM) and SAP (ERP). After a thorough selection process, among many local and international suppliers, the CRM/ERP solution of Business Base was chosen. The solution is written in Omnis and based on Application Service Providing (ASP). This ensures a consistent level of functionality and presentation to the endusers, regardless of their location (office, home or on the road). Integration with MS Office and Outlook (among others) included! Soon the CDG sales unit will be able to access the database with their PDA's, albeit through a slightly adapted userinterface.  
   
   
   
   
   
  Product development and supported database: Starting in early 1985, Business Base has developed its software with the extremely powerful 4GL tools of Omnis and its database. In the 2nd quarter of 2002 Business Base will become available in 4 different languages.
